Shifting to Self-Compassion

We are our own worst critic. We judge ourselves for being imperfect and we strive for others to think we have no flaws. Our self-talk is often negative and when we try to think positive about ourselves, we have a hard time believing it. The only way to stop tearing ourselves down is to begin practicing self-compassion. Only then can we accept ourselves for who we are and truly allow ourselves to grow.
